We deal with the technical stuff

We will send one of our expert technical interviewers who will fit seamlessly into your usual interview panel and ask all the difficult technical questions.

We're really good at interviewing, and our people have vast experience in taking charge of the technical part of an interview as well as filtering CVs, shortlisting, practical testing using real-world problem scenarios and scoring/recommending technical staff. You can relax and concentrate on your field of expertise.

Conflict of interest We can help where it would be inappropriate for your IT expert to interview a candidate because of a conflict of interest - friendship, or cases where your IT staff are in competition with external candidates.

Technical Emergency It can be an organisational  nightmare when a major IT incident means your IT people have to duck out of interviews at very short notice. Keep us in mind; we could save you the headache of rescheduling and risking losing the most employable candidates.

How to engage us

2. Email a job description, CVs, the running order, and tell us where and when to turn-up.

3. We'll contact your lead interviewer to understand your interview process, discuss the type of person you need and other criteria, and go over our plan for the technical bits.

4. On the day we'll bring a tailored interview question crib-sheet and candidate scoresheet which will be left with you and form part of your interview records. We like to meet-up with the interview panel at least 15 minutes before the interview to check ground-rules and any changes. At the end of the interview process we will use notes made on the crib-sheet and our scoresheet to identify which candidates are suitable for your role, and make a recommendation based on their performance at interview.
